man, my ass and thighs don't hurt nearly at all, even though everyone else says they're the worst.
my back is what kills!
yeah, that's the sense of loss at not being fully able to witness our back(sides)!

Thursday finally arrived and I got my 4th tattoo.  Really happy it and already thinking what might be next.  Many thanks to Mike Schlicher at Lake Erie Studio.

I have a 14" dagger-rose tattoo on my spine. The only thing ever said to me was "backstabber"! LOL. Get the tattoo.

Most artists only charge for the actual time they start inking until when they set the machine down for the last time.  
Every tattooist has their own personality and interpretation of time - but the main thing is that you come away with a great tattoo you get to wear forever.

Bittersweet meaning happy it's done but what am I gonna do now lol after getting tattooed every 2-3 weeks for months 

@Mia Hey there, yeah, that's called haggling. Don't do it. 🙂
 He’s a very good artist and I know he wouldn’t take advantage. I was just unsure of how artists feel about complying to a budget. He said he would be between 300-400, so trust him.
And if it was rude to ask him to draw up something that would be worth what my budget was and let him do it to we’re it would be worth that much to him. I don't follow. ? 
Remember, cheap tattoos are not good and good tattoos are not cheap. MOST artists are not going to draw something up and give it to you in advance. 

You want some wisdom?When the tattooer tells you how much it is,pay them and add a tip.He or she will be happy to tattoo you again.They are professionals treat them as they deserve to be treated.

Just getting my two cent in here. for one appointment I had it work like this: I told them what I wanted and where, they told me the hourly rate and asked for my budget and a deposit, when I went in for the appointment the artist drew it on with the budget in mind. For my other appointment I book that many hours of their time and pay for the hours when I walk in, we work until the artist determines the time is up.

I don't think it's disrespectful to tell an artist your budget and/or ask if  you can get a particular design for that amount.

The way you talk about it is important, calling it your budget. " Hi I'm hoping I could get something like this for X-XX amount"

I met up with some local artists that I know, met some new ones,and got a nice little  gap filler from Tommy Montoya.
free admission,free parking,great prices on beer and tacos.
I wanted to try and get small tattoo from Ryan too,but she was booked 😞 ,Tommy squeezed me in though.  🙂
