Bed-Stuy isn't that bad at all, that is unless you think anywhere that is predominately African American is a "tough neighborhood." Mostly working class folks.

I have been wanting to share this with you for a while, but it slipped my mind, when I was staying with my pal Mike and Damon in Brooklyn, I found this hanging on the wall.
I know Dave Lum used to do the whole "I'm gonna tattoo you for free, but you don't get to see what it is until I'm done" on April Fools Day. I can get behind that. I've never done the Halloween/Friday The 13th thing.
