    I always sleep in saran wrap after a tattoo. It helps with the swelling and (with a little Aquaphor) helps the healing process. I mean, as long as you're not getting tarred and feathered, the sweat should wash away any corn starch. And how long are you racing? A 5k or 10k should be no problem at all. 30-45 minutes and then you can towel off and clean up.

    I finally started my workout routine. Been going at it pretty steady for about a month (sans 5 days I took off because of bronchitis). Mixed combo of medium weight lifting and cardio. I've definitely started to get definition back in my arms and shoulders. I've dropped about 7 pounds as well. Gotta get back to my 185 fighting weight. So, that's about 25 pounds.

    I've always been curious as to why and if any connections were between American and European tattoo artists. Being from Virginia, Cap Coleman is a name we revere around here, but does anyone know if there was any trading of imagery between the US and UK. I'm also really interested in how this occurred with various grindcore/death metal bands in the 80s/90s...so, here's hoping it was a tradition...
