@RoryQ thanks! I did it with the barbell today and it wasn't a good experience. I kept getting off balance. I'll try dumbbells next. Hopefully it'll do the same job.

I just started this today at my gym. I'm using pretty moderate weight set-up. Not too light, not too heavy. It really was a good work out. I came out huffing and puffing. I'm chunky, but I wear it mostly just in my gut. I can run a 10k no problem. I use the app for my iPhone, and it keeps track of weight, caloric intake, etc. I'm sitting at 215 right now and I stand 6'1". Trying to keep my calories around 2100 a day. Also adding in long distance runs 2 times a week. I'll let you guys know where I am in about 9 weeks. Weight Loss Program | Full Fitness
