    Good call @Graeme If you're thinking of Cincinnati, I'd also check out the work of Mike Dorsey. (He's getting as hard to contact as Mike Roper, but very worth it.) Kore is a good tattooer for sure! But if you feel like coming to Virginia, you can't go wrong with Brian Bruno or my good pal Andrew Conner.

    Check out those artists I mentioned. A good artist can take your ideas and usually come up with something pretty rad. Also, according to @Graeme, never, ever, EVER, google "juggalo flash." it means two different things to tattoo heads and well, the others.

    Unique Ink in Greensburg is a fine establishment. And I'm not just saying that because Dan Weyandt works there. Also check out Jason Lambert at Black Cat Tattoo in Pittsburgh.     Honestly, I'd probably go with some old school clouds behind it in bright yellows or oranges, and fill that motherfucker up with stars and dots. I worry I'm giving too good advice. I mean, you do have an ICP tattoo. :P

    Giant infinity symbol with the word tiger in it. But symmetrical.

    I'd say a a Violent J or Shaggy 2 Dope Rock of Ages. That's exactly what you need. All jokes aside, I'd continue working on your arm with solid fills with and bold outline. You're going for cartoonish elements, so make that even more powerful by getting big and bold stylized characters.

    I've always wanted an ROA with the book on enlightenment instead of a cross. It's just a powerful image. Luckily we can get whatever the heck we want. No gods. No masters. Or both. Whatever you like.
