    I'd taken about a good month and a few weeks off of running due to getting sick and just feeling like rubbish. My mood and waistline definitely started to notice. I got a good 4.5 miles in this evening and I hope to keep this up. @Pleadco congrats! I'm an animal person, but my orange cat is my little prince.

    Man, I do not believe I will be able to make it. I'll be back in NYC at the end of January however. My mentor is getting his back lined from Chris, so I'd sure love to give you all some high fives.

    I'm a firm believer in getting my news from outside sources (of the USA that is). However, this lifestyle piece was utter and complete drivel. Tattoos are booming - and this year's look is naval retro | Fashion | The Observer It appears, to the world, this is nothing but a commodity. Sigh.

    My first tattoo was the Rocket From The Crypt logo. Many years later, it was filled in and is now my "little red rocket."
