  1. You may have cared it to death. You need to go get it touched up, and you need to let it heal naturally without putting so much junk on it.

    Hi everyone

    Hi! Welcome, @Kumoku.
  3. Why do you keep deleting what you've posted?
  4. I don't know what you being female has to do with anything? I am also female. So? I know what "bed in" means. Why do you think I don't? I feel liking your being contrary for sport. Why are we having so much trouble communicating? Hahaha. And no. Tattoos aren't healed in four weeks, either. It takes months. It is superficially healed after a few weeks. But it is not healed. Anyway, have a fine evening!
  5. Don't put any lotion on it. It has to heal. Keep it clean and let it breathe. :-) You'll be OK.
  6. It looks to me like you are putting too much lotion or something on it. Just let it dry heal. Quit messing with it. If you're that worried, go see your artist and/or your doctor.
  7. Well, because there are newbies here, it's best to be clear. And you're welcome, purpleplace said his/her tattoo was healed after two weeks. Just clarifying it isn't for those who don't know. :-)

    Hello!

What SStu said. Just don't know what you're going for here.
  9. Don't put anything on it. You are smothering it. Just let it heal.
  10. It isn't fully healed. That doesn't happen in two weeks. Great that you like it, though. :-)
  11. It will never look exactly as it did immediately after tattooing. Let it heal.
  12. I did, for sure. But I got over it. Now I have A LOT more large tattoos and my whole right arm is covered.
  13. I like it. Quit panicking. You'll forget it's even there soon enough. Relax.
  14. I am getting my right arm sleeve finished off, and it is such a large area that the itching is driving me nuts. I just started trying Beauty Brew Tattoo Aftercare, and it helps with the itching a lot. It's pretty natural stuff, which I like, and it is really great to not have nonstop itching. If you haven't tried it, give it a go. (By the way, this isn't an ad—another heavily tattooed guy recommended it, and it rules. I paid for it like every one else, but I love it and wanted to tell you guys about it.)
  15. My artist let him have it. That was good enough. He was MASSIVE, and I guess the he just thought he could push people around. It didn't work, and he got a dressing down that I enjoyed overhearing. :-) I am going on Friday to finish up my right arm. Cannot wait. WOOOOO!

    Hello all!

Whatever works for you. I thought the original tiger was poorly done, hence the blob. I like your rework. If you like colored blobs, then by all means, you should keep on getting them! :-) They are very popular at the moment.
  17. I got shoved by some fat F*** last year on Friday the 13th, so the shop I frequent isn't doing them anymore. I can't say I blame them. A lot of unpleasant people around on those days. They are planning out that Friday the 13th only tattoo sleeve.

    Hello all!

Welcome! Are you a fan of the watercolor-ish style? No outline = eventually blob. But maybe you're OK with that. :-)
  19. I've never had an artist have "variations" ready for me. I trust my artist, and he often freehands part of the work. Sounds like you need to look for a new artist if you didn't get along with him. But as someone else said, if you have expectations, best vocalize them. Even if you really like them, they can't read minds.
