  1. It's nice. Just leave it. You didn't speak up, and what's done is done.
  2. Thanks! I've been doing my lower legs over the last five or six years. The very first one was the one on my left ankle, which was a cover up from a shit tattoo when I was 26 (Covered it at 40). That was in 2011. In the years since, I've added all of the others. My right arm is totally sleeved, and I have a half sleeve on my left arm. Intend to make it full eventually. My lower legs are mostly covered, and I have one tattoo on my left thigh of my rescue doggie, Jasper. I do take good care of my skin. My tattoos never see the sun, and I moisturize with the fantastic Kiehl's Creme De Corps Soy Milk and Honey Whipped Body Butter. https://www.kiehls.com/body/creme-de-corps/creme-de-corps-soy-milk-and-honey-whipped-body-butter/915.html My feet have two different designs that are sort of in the same family. Done a couple of months apart. Right foot is fresh below (on the left in this photo).
  3. I've added a couple since this photo, but this will do. I have both of my lower legs covered now essentially, front and back. Just adding little tattoos I like now and then to fill up the small spaces that I have left. Will probably add some stars and stuff at some point.
  4. Please don't get a white tattoo. If you want a real tattoo, get a real tattoo. White ink in tiny lines that will turn yellow is not a real tattoo.
  5. "Yes, it looks perfectly normal the way its healing." "No, you aren't allergic to ink."
  6. Errr. I'm not sure how well those would work. It might look even weirder than you think it does now (and it doesn't look weird at all). Just wait. No rush. Don't make rash decisions, or you may live to regret them. If you want more work around it, talk to a good artist. My legs are covered in seemingly unrelated tattoos, and I love how it looks. But I didn't just run out and add them to fill up space.
  7. I didn't know what Gorilla Biscuits was. Had to look it up. I'd guess I'm quite a bit older than @Oiocha?
  8. I like the wee fella with the mohawk to the left of mine, too. But I've been obsessed with the Clockwork Orange one for yonks—probably because this bit of flash is hung on the wall beside the bench in the waiting area. There are so many great ones on that sheet. I've stared at it lots of times. Also, I love Hot Stuff, and I already have a little editor one with glasses and spectacles that Josh drew up to represent me (I'm a proofreader/copyeditor.). 🙂
  9. @Gingerninja My artist and I were just talking about Robert Ryan yesterday. My left sleeve is going to be inspired by his work. I love him. ❤️
  10. Here is a bit of the flash sheet I've been admiring forever.
  11. Got this little Clockwork Orange Hot Stuff yesterday. I’ve admired the flash sheet for ages, and I wanted another tattoo. So I got him.
  12. Feet are difficult to tattoo, and they can blow out. Nothing you can do. Just get tattooed again and forget it.
  13. I got one single (shitty) tattoo at the age of 25. Covered that up at 40, and I have added dozens more in the six years since. I'll be getting another tomorrow. You're a baby, dude.

    Hey there

I keep it clean and dry heal. Newbies always put too much shit on their healing tattoo. Just don't do that.
  15. Same. People go on and on about how bright my tattoos are all the time. You know why? They never, ever see the sun. It really works!
  16. There's no aggressiveness on my part. There's no reason to not to shower — just don't soak for hours in a bath. Also, you shouldn't use any lotion on it until after three or four days. It's an open wound.
  17. Just wash it and let it heal. It isn't that complicated. Who told you not to take a shower/bath the first three days? That's insane and inaccurate.
  18. I think people touch and fondle a new tattoo too much. Just keep it clean and let it heal.
  19. Far too soon to tell. Let it heal and stop staring at it.
  20. What @Gingerninja said. ^^^ She is spot on.
  21. I think it will look fine. Just let it heal and get more tattoos.

    Advice

Why don't you talk to a good artist about what you want? This isn't going to look great as-is in any color. Just let them draw something up for you. They know what will work better than you do.
