I have had big scabby tattoo wrecks and not needed touchups. You may be fine, or you may need touchups. Everyone heals differently.

I'm glad you're on the mend. My infected tattoo almost instantly got better when I got an antibiotic shot.

I've had that happen a few times. I just say no and move along. It's weird to ask a stranger to take a photo of a tattoo on their person. Just this week, a little old lady touched my fresh elbow tattoo and told me how pretty it was. I said thank you, but I told her it's quite new so maybe don't touch? She covered her face in embarrassment and apologized profusely. She was sweet and didn't know better.

Definitely the same artist. I had a thought. Maybe he did this tattoo while holding the machine in his toes?

Don't go back to that guy. Ever. That looks like a teenager taking too much Ritalin bought a ''tattoo gun" on eBay and started massacring people with it. I really hope you understand how awful that is. The is not professional, and it looks like a child did it. Although a child could probably do it better.

I've had one far worse than that, and I got it touched up. I''d give it a few months. It will need a touch up, but you know now how to handle it.

I use Dial Gold, too. It's the best thing. Just quit slathering stuff on it and keep it clean. Really, it will heal.

Quit putting antibiotic stuff on it. Just let it heal.

Just keep it clean. Don't over futz with it. It's further from your heart, which can mean it takes longer to heal. It looks normal to me.

Josh wants to do stippling designs throughout like on the top half of my arm. Should tie it all together. It is all Buddhist/Hindu symbolism.

I have both ditches done. It hurt, but not as badly as the elbows. It’s so boney!

I’m the opposite. Both of my elbows and my boney feet were brutal.

Left elbow yesterday. Left it until the very last. Yeeeeeouch. Next is the fill in to finally finish the sleeve.
