Yeah, that's not going to work. Laser removal doesn't work like that. Your choice is cover up or live with it. The coverup would have to be very huge and very black.

It is fine. That's what tattoos look like as they heal. Please, for the love of god, stop staring at it. Keep it clean and let it heal.

You are going to fix anything by screwing around with it. It's on your skin now. Learn to love it. Sticking red or a tiny line in there isn't going to fix it. I'm not sure what you think that would do? It's still going to be too close.

This. If you are going to imbue deep meaning into tattoos and want them "perfect," you are headed down an impossible road because tattoos are never perfect. If you can't cope with imperfection, please don't get anymore tattoos. Stop staring at it. Just enjoy it. You know what it means. That's all that really matters.
