Interesting to see the differences for each country. In the Netherlands it is very rare that a tattoo artist will get tipped. However customers do bring us candy or pie sometimes :)

Hi Emanuel, I would definitely go for a half sleeve, and cover this one up. This design isn't one that will be going to blend in very nicely with other tattoos around and on top of it. Search for an artist with a style you like, and plan a meeting to discuss it, I'm sure you'll figure it out.... Good luck!
