    I found it through the Tattoo age where Steve Boltz talked about that tattoo shop that was covered in flash. It was called Sparrow Tattoo or something, so I kept trying to find out more about it and when you google "sparrow tattoo" enough times and keep seeing this site eventually you get curious.

    This happens when i'm really hungover and dehydrated. The skin sorta shrinks but the ink stays in place.

    @Dan S I use nothing but bacitracin for the first few days on my tattoos and have never had an issue with healing. But I agree, that needs to dry out.

    @irezumi, the ribs as my first weren't easy, but they make the rest of my tattoos easier because I just keep thinking "HOT DAMN! this is better than my ribs." That said, I did two 2.5 hour sessions, not 5 straight. That would be REALLY tough.

    @Therinx, the Ironborn will matter. They already do. and @RoryQ, you can find the novellas online. They're rad little things. I busted them all out in like a 3 hour session and reeeeeeeeeeaaallly was hurting for more.

    If you come across any asoiaf tattoos in your internet travels feel free to post them up too. John Snow is far and away my favorite character and generally anyone from the North/ Beyond the wall is held in higher than average regard, but there's something so romantic in those ruthless Ironmen..

    Anyone read or watch this series? Care to argue about theories, or complain about the inconsistencies between the books and the series? Guess when the next book will come out? Have any, or plan on any tattoos related to the series?

    Pick a good artist, you will get a good tattoo. My first tattoo was on my ribs. It sucked, but now it's over and I only have one more rib cage to do. Which is totally worth it.

    rottys and leonbergers are my favorites. They so big and sweet and can eat you if you forget to feed them.

    thanks, @everyone. I think by friday i'll be back up to normal. if i've learned anything on LST, it's to get legs and tough spots done young so they're not hyper-cunts to heal.
