    His work looks OK to me. Price? That's up to you to decide. The thing is that a lot of the work of a tattoo is setup and clean up and that's the same whether you are tattooing for 10 minutes or 10 hours.

    It’s not done healing. 4-6 weeks for normal tattoos. Given those scabs, I’d think AT LEAST two months.

    You don't get an infection from washing it, you get an infection from NOT washing it. For the first week, I wash it twice a day and put a little moisturizer on it 2 or 3 times a day. Key word being LITTLE. So many people post pics on here and the tattoo looks like it's swimming.

    If it's not painful to the touch, hot, or oozing, you're probably fine. I think most pimples come from people slathering on aftercare products by the quart, but you're doesn't look bad. You use just enough moisturizer to keep the skin from drying out.

    In a word no. When your skin color changes over time, it's highly unlikely that the ink will change at the same rate and still be the same tone. You'll just have two different colored spots.

    I've seen more tattoos ruined and shitty coverups because people are just frustrated. Everyone is telling you it looks fine. I'd learn to live with it and if after a year you still hate it, take you're time, find someone really good and explore your options for "fixing" it. If you run out and just do something because you hate it, I guarantee you'll regret that one too.

    The best person to draw this is the one who will tattoo it. I don’t know many good artists that take Joe Lunchbucket’s drawing and tattoos it on someone as is.

    Way to early to even think about it, but if there are any issues, the artist can touch it up. You really need to calm down, put the microscope down and just wait to see what you've got in 4-6 weeks.

    Infection is usually indicated by redness, soreness, oozing and/or an odor. If you don't have any of those symptoms, it's probably not infected.

    I've never had one that bad. There just really is no way to tell. Be really careful with it and let it fall off naturally, no matter how long it takes. Worse case scenario, you have it touched up.

    It usually takes 4-6 weeks to heal, but that's a pretty big scab. Leave it alone, let it heal and in a couple of months you'll know what it will look like. DON'T MESS WITH IT!!!

    The ones the client don't micromanage. My first tattoo was a sleeve and chest panel. I said, "Japanese style, do anything you want." I was going to get a kapala skull on my back but the day I walked in to my appointment my artist said, "I'm just not feeling that, what would you think about a Hannya mask?" I said, let's do it and I think it turned out great. I think he's done some of his best work on me because I let him do things he is excited to do.

    just going to have to wait the normal 4-6 weeks to get an accurate outcome. 😉 You know that the ink is UNDER the skin, right? Unless you scratched all the way down to the ink, you didn't hurt it. Put away the microscope, have a drink, relax, wait a month, then look at it again.

    The initial heal takes 4 - 6 weeks. I wouldn't worry until that.

    Can’t go wrong with tigers and panthers. The bigger the better.

    I wouldn't worry about it, but I wouldn't get any more sun on it between now and then. Just keep it moisturized, but don't drown it.

    It's still healing, but I use cocoa butter on my skin year round. Just enough to moisturize, don't drown it! You may need to get a touch up, but I'd wait for two months after getting the tattoo.

    That is rough! It doesn’t look infected to me but I’d find a new tattoo artist.
