from uk , tats are now big business (again) here, was in 90.s but hiv scares and unlicened studios killed it off big time then,,,,,,,,and guess what,,,,,,,its happening all over again, as its become popular again, all the home scratchers are creeping out the woodwork or getting shops in the mainsream withoiut any real training and the uk allows this, never arrests over illigal tattooing,,,,,,,
