Who is doing your tattoo in Italy? I know quiet a few italian artists are guestspotting all over Europe all the time so maybe get him something travel related, or a sick suitcase that can hold his machines or something? just an idea

Haven't posted any recent tattoos, so here it goes. The Pumpkin is obviously from last halloween. The eagle is from last december. It's hard to take a good picture of it since it wraps around my upper arm. The halloween painstain was done by Jeroen Gardenier at The Blue Blood studio in Amsterdam. The eagle and lady head are both done by Jan Willem (@janwillemtattoo on IG) in his private studio. The lady head is 2,5 years old. Edit: Pictures are massive, sorry about that one

I'm not 100% sure but I think the ink goes deeper then the bruise so healing wise there shouldnt be any problems. Just expect a shit ton of pain. Would be interesting to see if anyone has any experience with this

I didn't click on the grannyfanny ;) it was on my laptop that I mostly use for schoolwork and not for dirty sites so it shouldnt be related to websites i visit haha. Now I see an add for Consumer Cellular as well.

My guess would be Carl Gustafsson who went by Kalle the tattooist (1888-1975) who started tattooing at age 13, which could add up. He was from Gothenburg, sweden. If you own the book Nordic tattooing by jon nordstrom you can find more info and pictures of high flash and preserved line drawings. The lay out of designs seems to be consistend with what you posted edit: didnt read that you allready figured it out, ill have a look at that name! Thanks for the piece of history!

sort off topic; LST is the only website where i enable ads with addblock, because I love you guys, but lately there has been a lot of "bang women in your area" spam and hookup websites as adds. If you're gonna have adds is it possible to somehow monitor them? Yesterday I had a grannyfanny on the right side of my screen as i was going over the latest tattoo lowdown.

started studying History at the University of Leiden, the netherlands, this year. This grands me acces to their library. Just found out they have about 2000 books about tattoos from one quick search. Everything from tribal studies to russian prison tattoo research. My life is now complete, holy shitballsmctitfuck this is awesooome!

After 1,5 years of hitchhiking around Europe im back home in Leiden, the netherlands, now for about 3 weeks. Found an awesome job in a hostel on the beach. Its a bit weird to have unpacked my backpack and put it in a closet but im really enjoying catching up with friends and family again :)

Also just talked with @haervaerk and I will meet up with him on my way to sweden when i pass through Denmark. Let's see how many scandinavian LST'ers I can meet the upcomming months!

Drunk girls tend to do that a lot. At first I didn't mind the new found female attention but sadly its only the superficial retards that do this (with the rare exception of drunk tattoo enthousiasts) and nothing good really comes from it. Also in november i might come say hi in stockholm ;)

having the best summer in a long time traveling around germany with awesome company. Will travel around here till the weekend and then I hitchhike back north to sweden to hang out with @Johannes again. Never would have thought that someone started talking to on this forum will turn out to be one of the best friends i ever had. LST is truly something special

my ex used to bitch about me getting a new tattoo as a christmas present to myself even though I was the one earning money. I supported the both of us with a shitty job working 6-7 days a week, sometimes double shift so we had a roof and food. She kept buying stupid shit like shoes n clothes and stuff and then had the nerve to bitch about me getting a new tattoo. Guess that was the beginning of the end and now im a free man again ;) Currently being a broke traveler again but once i get some sort of income again the first priority will be a tattoo roadtrip

breaking up with my (ex) girlfriend and dealing with all the who gets what bullshit. Also we were traveling around and living for free in a community in the swedish countryside. I wanna stay in sweden so now im living on peoples couches in gothenburg. Atleast i got some good plans for the summer to make everything better again.
