I got some ghost flames near my armpit from Horimasa of the Horitoshi family. He hand-shaded it (tebori), and believe it or not, I barely felt it. I asked my wife if he was putting in color. She couldn't believe I had to ask her. I'd also like to nominate not Chris Treviño as the lightest handed tattooer.

Ha! My mother-in-law was born in Pico and still has tons of family there. I visited several years ago--beautiful place. My father-in-law's family is from the mainland, but he's 3rd-generation Oakland portagee. My wife's full Portuguese, so our daughter is PortuCajun. Yes, we make caldo verde with andouille.

I saw pics of Ben tattooing your foot--came out great! I have 4 little tattoos from him; 3 were all single needle and the other was mostly single. All 4 are awesome, and I'm sure Ben was stoked to get to put something on you.

I loved revisiting this thread. I have the most artists in common with [MENTION=233]big jonny[/MENTION], who has been tattooed by 8 of the same folks. It's probably higher now, as he gets tattooed often.
