Very cool, @ShawnPorter! It remind me of an octopus-style variation of the Shunga Satori that Hardy did from the Life and Death issue of the old Tattootimes (aka "the yellow one"). Again, you're a beast for sitting that long in that spot.

Good to know! For the record, the only thing I take for tattoos are deep breaths, but the ribs had me reconsidering that stance.

Horiken at State of Grace also tattoos via tebori. Taki does from time to time, but only small pieces (or so he's told me). If you really want some tebori, you should get some! It's a pretty awesome experience. And @David Flores, I am a huge fan of Dan Gilsdorf's Japanese work.
