  1. Can't see the picture, but I can say congrats! All the best, @Scott R.
  2. That's awesome. I'm lucky to have been tattooed by Tim, too (and Eddy and Freddy and Scott and a few other folks you mention). But you certainly can't go wrong with a suit from Lehi.

    Winding down in LA

Awesome work! And welcome to the Bay.
  4. Welcome! You have great taste in artists. Do you have work from all those folks?

Welcome, Dave! Bryan is one of my favorite tattooers. I'd love to see what he's doing on you. Have you watched his interview here? Bryan Burk Tattoo Artist Interview

Welcome! Great user name. Who's your husband?
  7. Right there with you. Part of what I love about SF is that I can wear long sleeves pretty much daily.
  8. @ironchef, @MoistTowelette and @Cork lining up some seriously killer tattoos here. Banner day for the Sparrow!
  9. Same combo I have on my back--can't go wrong! Who's doing it?
  10. You're stoked! Not a day goes by that I don't marvel at the tattoo he did on me. Super happy for you.
  11. This could be cross-posted to the http://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/tattoo-after-care/1043-lower-leg-tattoo.html thread, but I'm remembering the joys of getting a tattoo--even a small one--down by the ankle. The dull, throbbing pain is still there three days later. At least I got a decent night's sleep last night (for the first time). There's just no good place to put your leg at night, is there?
  12. @MJH IV, I love that so much. Super solid!
  13. Those are beautiful photos, @TrixieFaux. Great time and a great tattoo.
  14. Ha! We'll have to change the title to "Bloodiest Tattoo Lowdown."
  15. My man! You're the coolest looking piece of fabric I've seen yet. I didn't know you'd finished up with them. Spectacular doesn't really begin to cover it. Thanks! I'll have to post healed pics because the green pops much more now.
  16. I just got this from Aaron Hodges at Idle Hand SF: Aaron's a really great guy, and I was stoked to get something from him. Two days ago, I realized that a torch would fit really well in that little spot, so I hit him up yesterday and he said he'd have time today. A great experience, and I'm really happy with it.
  17. @dirbab, I am so stoked for you! And of course, I love the tattoo. Paul's a really cool guy, isn't he?
  18. Sorry, @LosingShape! It appears that we were posting at the same time, and your answer is much more qualified than mine (as I'm only a collector and not a tattooer).
  19. The Morissey painting looks very tattooable, but from what I read, the artist who painted it is not a tattooer. I'd suggest taking it to a tattooer and getting his or her professional opinion on how they'd tweak it.

    New around here.

Welcome, and yes, nice first piece. You'll be stoked at how little the upper arm hurts in comparison.
  21. Welcome to LST (from the other side of the Bay Bridge).
