    Got a long session this weekend to finish my torso battle royale. Stoked to knock it out but not looking forward to 6 hours on my chest and stomach! Also getting my back started with Bryan Burk in August. Can not wait

    my first tattoo was done by vinse one. never been in a shop before. this was almost 10 years ago. i thought theyd take cards. after it was finished i was like "oh fuckkk" i had to leave my computer as collateral until the next day because my card had a 300$ limit at the atm. thoroughly embarrassing and i make sure to always go to the bank the day before a session now

    when i went last month to blackheart for my tattoo, right outside under the overpass all of this cars windows were shattered. i walked through the tenderloin at 11pm that weekend and was terrified.

    so i just booked a hotel for san fransisco for my birthday in december, my gf is getting tattooed by michael bennett, wants some blackwork, thomas hooperesque tattoo and im getting tattooed by stuart cripwell. im going to try and swing a walk-in at blackheart because were staying a few blocks away at the whitcomb hotel.

    dude. fuck yeah, feels good to have a burk cat huh? im so happy i moved to long beach i have a couple checks saved and am going to him in a few weeks to get another. i cant believe he charges by the hour still. hes so efficient

    yup i have enough jetblue points so i dont have to pay for flights. im going to be contacting danny reed and dobleman to get a tattoo, bummed desa or colella wont be there this year though.

    last year i stayed at the hyatt where the convention was held and boy am i glad i did. one of my appointments i had to come back down a few times, it was nice to be able to just waltz up to my room whenever (you can only walk in a circle so many times without looking like a tard) so i will gladly pay the extra 20-30 dollars for that convenience. although i know the holiday inn express is right by it too
