the cramping was a little of both
stell is an awesome dude, nice, good stories...also in tune with how much pain he was causing me
at one point he said "alright, don't hate me now. atleast you're not bruised and bloody..."
and atleast it was over in a little under 2.5 hrs.

So, this is a painting by Ralph Johnstone, done for Tatts Thomas way back when they were working on south State Street in Chicago. Nick Colella is putting it on my ribs tomorrow, (without the lettering) that should be fun. I'll post up the finished work as soon as possible.

My hubby is not on LST yet anyway but I am excited about his new tattoo...this was after his 1st session w/Kim Saigh a couple months ago. I don't seem to have a pic from his second session but a lot of black was added and some cool swirls. Tomorrow he will get color in the flowers...

I heard Mike went back to work yesterday and did some tattoos. I don't know how heavy of a schedule he's working while he's still healing but I guess he's back at it.

Great time getting tattooed by Valerie yesterday. It really comes through how much she and Stewart care about what they're doing. Weird moment recognising the guy from Stewart's blog with the Saga/Reinke sleeves - those are some awesome looking tattoos (sorry if I'm being weird again and you're reading this, ha!).

I've covered a bunch of teenage delinquent stuff, and some jailhouse work, nothing I really regret not having anymore.
Went into CTC once when it was still CLiff Raven Tattoos, and got bitched out by Cliff for doing a "Death Before Dishonor" around a sword on my arm. "Just one more I'm gonna hafta cover-up!" He didn't, but Dale Grande did, some years later.

We are starting July 29th. And I have an appointment every two months after that until we are done. I'm getting pretty stoked.

5. Joining online forums when you have no real interest in the subject matter

When I'm on business, I respect the fact that I'm representing my employer and cover up. When I'm on my own time I don't worry about it. If you don't like my tattoos, turn your head. Nobody seems to be worried about offending me with their conservative, flat-earth, opinionated, narrow-minded attitudes, why should I worry about offending them?

i don't know if this counts, but i got this tattoo last month. it was done by zach nelligan from triple crown tattoo parlour in austin, tx. he did it at the roc city tattoo expo.

Can the 'reading of the newbie rules' rule somehow be changed so you have to actually click a button that says yes i've read these and if i fuck up i'm gonna get banned/thread deleted

Please can we have a thread, area, whatever, to move the increasing number of posts asking for free advice from people who are bored, scared to visit a real-world tattoo shop, attention seeking, lonely, stupid or whatever?
I'm not adverse to giving free advice, hell, I can even be nice to people sometimes but it's getting a little cluttered in here. The signal/noise ratio is getting harder and harder to manage or respond to without sarcasm.
Reading 'Tattoo 101' is getting more and more like hangin' out on the wrong side of the reception desk on a busy saturday afternoon and less like an interesting or stimulating discussion between people who love tattoos and tattooing.
Sorry if I'm pissing on anyone's parade.
