    gunz=them machine=us. I usually do not correct people, just glad I know what they are about. same with ink. If you call it ink you are a herb. usually, navarro gets a pass cause he has been getting tattooed for 25 years.

    Seems like if people are willing to line up and pay than he is worth it. No one will do the same tattoo he will do for you. If his work is your thing than who is to say what a piece of art is worth. We are talking about art right? Its not like you are going in and picking a piece of flash off the wall and he is hitting you up for 500 an hr.

    Only missed one year in the last 5 but lost my spot because of it. Now I just go to hang/get tattooed. Super good times every year!

    I would have enjoyed this thread a lot more if you posted the work of someone you thought was doing something really cool than slagging someone not here to defend themselves. There are so many shitty tattooers in every town everywhere now. How about ignoring them and progressing and drawing attention to people doing the same.

    Half of the whole tattoo experience is GETTING TATTOOED! If you leave that out you will never understand. Most of my best tattoo experiences were on the customer side of things. I wouldnt trade those times or tattoos for anything regardless of whether or not those tattoos are dated now. Thats what made me the tattooer and person I am today. Not an abstract "love" of tattooing but actually taking part in it for the last 20 years. Its fine with me if you do not love tattooing enough to get tattooed, just dont expect any respect from those of us who do.

    Marco is a really good tattooer and a good friend of mine. Seriously, I have more respect for him than any tattooer in washington state.

    Too many people to name. Mike Wilson has been my favorite tattooer since 95. Also Scott Sylvia. Finally getting tattooed by him in a couple weeks! But seriously there are dozens of people who constantly amaze me.

    My Wilson tattoos are my favorites. He did my hand and will do my other as well as several others. Got my first from him in 96 and when I talked to him again 4 years ago he remembered. He works slow but the tattoo gets done fast. Slow down to speed up is how he described it to me. I loved reading all the praise for Mike and agree fully with all statements. I am stoked for you.

    Been tattooing my friend Nato since I was about 2 years in 14 years ago. Started with a backpiece (bad idea at that point in my career but what can you do) and next month we are completing his 7/10th body suit. I love/hate seeing the progression. Its really hard to not see all the things you would do differently but nothing can be done about that. Luckily, most of his stuff held up pretty well, its mostly the drawings/designs that I wish I could take a mulligan on.
