What's up, I'm Matt. I'm new to the site and new to tattoos. I've been trying to find an Artist in the AR, OK area who has experience doing tattoos over stretch marks. I have alot from bodybuilding in the past and have been looking extensively into getting a couple half sleeves to cover them up. I just want to make sure find the right person. Any suggestions would be appreciated :)
