NEVER take the first offer, in fact you should laugh at it and say they aren't even close. This is if you are financing or leasing. If you're paying cash or already have a loan then just focus on the price. I'd use 10% to 15% of the factory sticker price. Don't be afraid to walk away if you don't like the deal. They count on you being excited about the car and therefore hoping you won't walk away.

I'm from Massapequa.... Was out there last week. Love NY, would never more back unless there were extreme circumstances. I'm ruined right now when it comes Italian food. Had it a couple of times and I don't have the taste for it back home. Just not as good out here.

There were points that were harder than others. During the second session it was getting to the 5 hour mark and Stewart said he had another 2 hours in him... I about shit myself and after another 15 minutes I said I'm not sure I have another 2 hours. We went a little over 6 I think. Again Stewart was great the way he maneuvered around. I made sure to not throw down a bunch of booze the nights before sessions. Had a good meal and drank a whole lot of water the entire time. All in all it was nothing but fun for me. I'm a huge fan of tattooing and being at Saved getting worked on was like a world series for me. They were many distractions and it was enjoyable.

Been there twice and arranged my appointments beforehand. For someone out of the country they will work with you. What it really comes down to is who you want something from? I would send an email and follow-up with a phone call. Explain what you may want and when and they will most likely work it out. GOOD LUCK!

I check in and review. I'm a yelp fan, but I'm not a business owner. Most bad reviews on tattoo shops are from people who don't understand them. They expect the people in the shop to fall over themselves to help them. I look for the 1 star reviews for the laughter it creates. Here's one for Saved "Their work? Absolutely gorgeous. Their artists? Absolutely top notch, I'm sure. But that's as far as I got. Their customer service? Notsomuch." So her ass wasn't kissed and she didn't like that. But she did like the work. EVERY bad review for a shop reads this way. I haven't read a bad review yet that sites crappy work.

You got that right, saved is larger than FST and a bit more relaxed. They play a wide array of music and it was easy for us to talk, even with my heavy american accent. I really enjoyed my time over the 3 days. Stewart was great and shared stories with me and answered my MANY questions on tattooing. Thomas Hooper was great and he and Stewart would go back and fourth about things in their individual histories. I'd be rude not to mentions Chris O'donnell and Stephanie Tamez. Great people and they ALL did great work. It was a stellar F@-KING WEEK!!!!

and also my closet Friend @Dzelram and I grew up together in Masspequa on Long Island. He is also the reason that I am into tattoos. We have gone many times to get work done when we were younger. We are reliving the past and getting tattooed agin together. We went to Smith Street together today, unfortunately we were turned away. I'm going back to NY in June and I will have an appointment this time!!!! No more leaving to chance...... Welcome to LST and thank you for posting, tomorrow is a big day!!!!

What can I say.... I'm a stud!!!! :cool: But seriously, @Stewart Robson was great in the plan for the 3 days. He didn't go over the same area and he moved around my body. So it was like getting different tattoos done at once in different places......

Wow, I was about to say to you "hey the price is the price". By where the guy asks for an additional 100 bucks I'd say he didn't abide by that rule. It works both ways.
