Hello! I'm Carol from Chile. I got an old school tattoo on my bicep. I like it but sadly it got blown out. I want to cover the blowout with shading and I would like to know if it is less possible to have blowout again if it's just shading and not lining. I would very. Much appreciate an informed opinion.
