  1. "where'd the rest of my body suit go? Are it and my penis having a cocaine party without me? bummer"
  2. They have a pretty great website. Someone I'm not sure if it's them made a movie by the same name or something similar. They had a bike race (of course) to celebrate the opening or raise funds or something and the company I worked for sponsored it. I created a hand made messenger bag that said 'look at this fucking hipster' in huge letters. Best part, when closed up and on your back all you can see is "FUCKING HIPSTER" so the asshole who won it gets to ride around letting everyone know exactly what he/she is. In other news, hipsters are still retarded! Here's proof!
  3. Now if only everyone else alive could figure that out we'd be set! One of the best things I ever had happen was I was in a chili's or some place like that with my also heavily tattooed attractive female friend and her father. These two dirt bag looking guys came up and tried to talk to us using the tattoos as an in. Before they could even finish their first sentence my friend's dad looked at them and very aggressively told them to "turn the fuck around and don't even try talking to these two young women". The dirt bags were shocked into silence and walked away with confused looks. All I could do was thank him for saving me from a conversation I really wasn't interested in having. I mean, if I had a tattoo on my forehead that said "hey i'm a huge slut and you shouldn't respect me" I'd understand the reactions I get from what is mostly men. What I don't get is how having tattoos can make someone who dresses very modestly, doesn't wear whore paint for makeup and doesn't frequent nightclubs, look like I'm going to be like o.k. cool you have tattoos too that means we should bang. This one time a guy on the bus said to me "If I asked to see all your tattoos would you get naked right now". Yeah asshole, I'm gonna take all my clothes off on a bus where I am a)the only female and b)the only white person, good idea dude, cause chicks with tattoos like getting harassed and raped. This is a topic I could probably rant about for at least an hour, I'll spare you all that hour though cause I know you've all had the same things happen to you.
  4. Amazing! I kinda feel bad for the little girl though... Farley would not make a very hot lady hahaha
  5. What the fuck is wrong with people?!!?!??! I bet if some famous painter has done those they'd be considered masterpieces to be cherished for generations. The main thing I hate about being an artist, is the fucking art scene. Seriously seeing things like this makes me so angry I can't express it. How can this guy get sent to jail and someone like R.Crumb isn't? On the same note y'all should watch the movies "Who The Fuck Is Jackson Pollack" and "My Kid Could Draw That", that is if you want to spend the rest of the day full of hate for art snobs like the people who put this guy down. I like the paintings posted and I'd have no problem hanging them in my house.
  6. I live in a really small town (population 4500) and still am able to find places for doing this. On a similar note, anyone into Geocaching? It seems like a neat thing that I might get into once it's spring again. If anyone doesn't know what that is, it's where people hide these little treasures or something in public places and then list it on the website and then anyone else who's a member can get the GPS co-ordinates and try to find whatever that prize may be. There's lots of them around where I live hidden in parks and forests. I know there's also lots hidden in Toronto in urban areas, even right downtown.
  7. At the risk of sounding like a creep my favortire part of going to tattoo conventions is being at the late night party that ends up turning into a shirtless one. As soon as one dude starts showing someone his back piece or chest it ends up in everyone following suit. I've gotten to see a lot of amazing tattoos I'd never have seen otherwise. Good old alcohol!
  8. I see a lot of old men where I live with old tattoos. I've been to chicken to talk to any of them. The other day a guy came into my store with an old green hot stuff, it was awesome. Shoulda asked him about it. The most offensive thing I think is when people ask me how much my tattoos cost. a)none of your business how much money I've put into my tattoos. b)my fiancé is a tattooer so I often get good deals or free tattoos or trade artwork for tattoos so I don't want to tell someone 'oh i paid $100' when I know they'd have to pay double or triple if they just walked into a shop. c) if you love a certain artists and care about getting a good tattoo it shouldn't matter. It especially makes me mad when someone's like oh where do you get tattooed and then they go "oh i heard that place was really expansive, i only paid $25 for this one" Yeah you paid $25 and it fucking looks like it bro. The reason this tattoo cost me $600 is because it was done by a respected artists who's put years into his trade, you paid some asshole who knows nothing about tattooing or art to scrawl your baby's name across your wrist, and it's upside down. Basically, I just hate people and I don't like being talked to by strangers. I wish I had more run ins with people like Hogg and his cab driver.
  9. you are correct there is already a thread on this I'm pretty sure. I remember reading the arguing. I'm pretty sure you yourself posted in it.
  10. I have a couple that mean something, or are a reference to something and like you I wouldn't tell them anyway. It's not for other people, I get tattoos for me. Every tattoo I've gotten for other people, like cause I wanted to look cool or impress someone I ended up regretting and either covering or have plans to laser. Luckily I learned pretty quick why I was attracted to tattoos and why I wanted them so I'd say 95% were done after that realization.
  11. When someone asks me what my tattoos mean I say "nothing. They don't mean anything I just liked it". It makes me kind of mad because even if they did mean something, it would probably be something very personal to me which means it's none of their god damn business in the first place. What if my tattoo symbolized when my baby died or I got attacked and lived or my house burnt down. If any of that had happened to me I wouldn't want to talk to strangers about it. I also get very very angry when strangers grab my arm to see a tattoo. I do not understand why anyone thinks it's appropriate to touch someone they don't know. I had a waiter do it once and I almost left the restaurant. When people ask about where I got them done and they do it nicely I will tell them because I like to give my friends business. You never know who's going to turn into a regular customer. My mom always says shit like "you did it to yourself and people are just curious" and I usually say something like "well fat people did it to themselves and I'm not gonna go grab their gut and ask what the meaning behind their food addiction is, or how they could do that to their body". In the end I usually end up wearing clothes that show as little as possible. Even on the hottest days in Florida I generally wear long pants and a shirt to my elbows. It's sad that a young woman can't walk around with tattoos showing and not get yelled at by guys in cars.
  12. Happy birthday lady! I'm sure it was great
  13. It is.. maybe that's his.. hard to tell... To me it looks like the bottom petal where the blood drops are could be in the ditch, it has that slightly blurry ditch look in that area.. It doesn't to me look totally healed though, I think you've still got another week or so before it's really healed.. Either way nice tattoo by a cool dude, so good job on that!
  14. Holy shit guys, I just found out about this today. I was going to post some in the Random Photo Thread but I figured this was good enough for it's own. Website With A Beard sarah silverman actually looks pretty good in a beard, i think.
  15. I will let him know but it might be a good idea to send him a Facebook message as well!

  16. Not sure who these bumblenuts are you speak of, news to me! It's been fun, thanks for doing this and putting up with all the drama, arguing, banning. You guys are doing a good thing here and I hope it lasts a long time.
  17. Those stamps are amazing! But I'm sure you know that already ;)
  18. Also, people need to stop getting finger mustaches. It's not funny anymore, plus getting a tattoo on your hand as a joke, bad idea. Especially since it's people who don't even have tattoos that are getting them now. Actually even if you have a ton of tattoos or are a tattoo you still look dumb getting a finger mustache these days. I feel kinda bad for everyone who got them before it was cool who now look like shitty hipsters.
  19. @AlannaCA I have some of mine done, I know a lot of other people who do to, and I really do mean a lot. Most people don't notice mine unless I am handing them something that they need to look at like money and even then it's rare. For me it's totally different then having the tops or palms done because it's so much less noticeable. It's still not something I'd recommend to someone who has no tattoos or who doesn't plan on being heavily tattooed. I didn't get mine until I was already well on my way to being heavily tattooed. I know a lot of tattooers who won't do them on people who aren't already pretty covered, but I also know a lot who will do them on anyone. For me always comes back to, why are you doing it. If it's to look cool or tough by having hand tattoos then don't. If it's because you really want to and know what wearing hand tattoos says to the public then go for it.
  20. That mother fucker probably wasn't even alive in 1984 and if he was he woulda been a fetus or baby!
