The contest starts on the first of the month and ends on the last day of the month. Contest Guidelines Your tattoo picture must be posted in this thread (both tattooers and tattoo customers can win) in order to qualify. Include with your photo/post...tattoo artist name & tattoo shop. You MUST be the one who has the tattoo or did the tattoo. You can 'like' as many tattoos as you want. It can be a finished or in progress tattoo. To increase your 'likes' or to show off another's great tattoo share the link to the post in this thread on facebook, twitter, etc. - to get votes from your friends.. Lets do it.........

I don't know maybe its just me being weird but it feels kinda weird to go to the same shop and get tattooed by someone else. Maybe that's just because I pretty much go to the same artist week after week.

Haven't cancelled an appointment yet. Plus my approach is to have the money for whatever I want before I commit. (Or at least 5 sessions worth for much bigger commitments).

Yea that leg is already spoken for, but I'm sure this will come up in the future as well. My pattern seems to be have one big tattoo and maybe a little guy here and there.

If I am not mistaken I met one of the Judge members. He owns a skate shop in New Jersey (GardenSk8). My buddy's last name is Judge and probably owns every Judge shirt ever produced (also the guy who introduced me to him).

I can't recall this coming up before here on LST and I know it might not effect many people but I thought I had to ask. Is it weird to get tattooed by multiple artists (same shop or not) while getting other tattoos by other artists? I'm not too sure but I'd be interested to hear from others on this topic.

While I only really have experience in the über-corporate world I will say that in the environments I work in unless you were military most people do a double-take when they see tattoos in the workplace. Even then people make remarks behind their backs, which can and will effect your advancement somewhere along the line. I know people that have jumped careers (hell my mom went from framer to illustrator to High School teacher) so you never know. If you are younger (sub-35) I would suggest against it but everyone has to look at it themselves. I'm keeping anything above the collar and below the wrists for my retirement present.
