it was Dan and his family! their daughter Mara wanted to have a Halloween party and also fell in love with Nightmare Before Christmas while on a trip to Disneyland this year, but they couldn't have one in October. so we had one now! it was a lot of fun!

HA! i just imagined you Andrea with like scripted names all over your arms. that really made me laugh. Ques' tattoo was great and so is Dan's, but then again, there's not much that Eli Quinters has done that I haven't liked. -

Nick, that makes me want to sign up for yelp to counter that review! haha i know of one artist who encourages their clients to go on yelp to write reviews for them, but i've never participated. i think Yelp is good for many things, as a consumer, but when it comes to tattoos, in my humble opinion, you should go to the shop and check it out for yourself or talk to the artist if you can't visit. i feel like getting tattooed is a really personal experience, and someone else's experience is not going to be the same as mine. plus, you should really be going to a shop because you like the art/work being done. then again, we're in an age where people just want a tattoo because it's "cool" and quality work does not necessarily matter to some i suppose. sorry, i'm in a really jaded mood today haha.

haha that's a whole different kind of challenge. i really meant a vegan eating challenge. like eat 4 pounds of vegan pancakes in 2 hours or something haha.

hi Jeff, nice to meet a fellow art nerd! i have no idea what to call Jondix and Thomas Hooper haha. maybe neo-tribal? actually, maybe neo-classical, considering that the classical period of tattooing is technically tribalism, since tattooing began as a tribal tradition. what do you think Lochlan? Jeff?
