    hi i have 8 tattoos and luckily only have one that i'm not to excited about should have really thought it through before letting this individual tattoo me i had seen some of her other work and knew that she was new to tatooing but i figured everyone had to willing people for them to hone their craft...... so anyway my question is should i really look for someone who specializes in cover ups or should any good artist that has been around a while be able to help thanks for any feedback
