Im pumped for Dan's album. I hope he does a US Revival tour with Ragan this year. It might just be the people who I hang out with, but everyone talks shit on everything after God Dammit. I feel like im the only person I know who liked "This Addiction". That album kills! Definatly get the new one. Ya wont regret it.

While the 1st last killing the dream show was getting shut down in Sac I was forced to listen to a drugged out homeless dude talk about how he was from Oakland and used to play in Neurosis. Not sure why this was pertinent for me to post... Fuck it. Good read though.

My name is Dan. 22 (young gun) year old currently residing in Oakland for now. I work on a ambulance in Alameda County for a living, but live for fly fishing. Been fly fishing since I was 12 and hope to grow up to be a fishing guide in either montana, wyoming or even northern california. I got my first tattoo at 17 by a sureno who was a line cook at the applebee's I was working at. It says "RISE ABOVE". The word rise is higher than the above. Ive watched Jaws three nights in a row, and am planning on watching True Romance again when I get home. I have a 22 pound white house cat named Orion. His main goal in life is cuddling and annoying me. Thats it.

Anderson Valley has been putting out such great beer the past few years. The Boont is okay, but your right, the Summer Solstice is unreal. Lagunitas brewing company out of Petaluma is incredible. Their "Undercover Shutdown" is one of the best god damn beers I have ever had. Any of the Anchor beers out of San Francisco are wonderful as well. Another good one to check out is Snowshoe Brewery from Arnold, CA. It might be a hard one for you to find, but its some of the best beer I have had from a micro-brew in California.

The Warriors have been one of my favorite hardcore bands since the Family Matters EP. They fucking killed it at a house show on one of their first tours. Marshall is one hell of a front man.
