    Hello I'm new here. My name is Heather and I've been addicted to art for as long as I can remember so once I hit 18 I got three tattoos before I turned 19. I just got my latest one touched up Tuesday and noticed white bumps on the actual tattoo. It appeared before I used any lotions or aftercare products. I'm trying not to worry but its hard not to. Any ideas?
