  1. Ian and headache FWIW A well known tattooer told me that a good laser and an applicator willing to push the envelope can get rid of a sleeve in one or two sessions. That being said if that shit got infected you would be in big trouble. I would like to hear jinx on this subject. I would rather pay a tattoer than a dermatologist all things being equal

  8. women are missing a hormone to gain muscle(testosterone) if your a woman and not a genetic freak your best best is too keep your nitrogen balance positive so you give your body every chance to be anabolic. This means eating a complete protein every few hrs.

  10. i workout tuesday and thursday usually with a pro fighter so I try to keep one or two power moves(ie deadlifts,squats,heavy hip thrusts,heavy banded or chain db presses etc) Then we focus on endurance strength for the next 1hr or more. pull ups, trx circuits, tobatas, ranger challenge,plyo pushups, blah blah blah. We dont train for hypertrophy at all, All go no show. @RoryQ mike is a cool guy, he is a friend and business associate of one of my training partners here in norman ok
  11. ha welcome, if you have the bug now just hang around. Everyday someone is posting great work they received.
  12. I would just say missing one or two workouts wont change anything so just be cautious. staph is no bueno. Lifting with fresh work could be uncomfortable so just recover and hit it hard the next week
