    @hogg yeah man chains on db pressess grasp the dbs like you normally would and on the first press at the end of movement someone drapes chains on over your hands. Lunges we do the one of two ways grab a premade bar and drape chains and just grip outsid of plates on premade bar to hold chains in place or grab a hook clasp and attach to one of the chain links then slide hook on bar.

    @hogg I love chains, use them on lunges,db presses,pushups and sometimes on a rare occasion that i BB bechpress

    if your physio says ok I would go for teh squats maybe sitting back on a box to avoid possible break in form. I like the single leg Idea how about SLSLDLs

    I have read about white ink then tattooing over it ,with no real consensus. Let me know If you find any info regarding this and Thanks for following my process I hope others will get something out of following my process. yeah my ghetto stuff is coming up now that the tribal is disapearing

    dont want to go too far OT but i saw some GTC flash I am interested in having tattooed. One is an eagle with a bomb on each side the bombs were red,white,blue with a star. Another interesting piece was two bombs with skulls painted on them FTW surronded the bombs. I dont know protocol on such a situation where could find them on sale? as a non tattooer could I purchase them?

    well fuck me I thought i followed directions on the site i would have treked there for a tattoo from mike wilson edit- i went to inksmith and rogers site and ther is a number in plain view on contact page

    back from dallas back is barking at me after laser session with allen faulkner. I think everyone knows what my back looks like right after treatment so I will post once healed then maybe a few months after to see if there is any difference
