LST rocks, anyone who knows good work will stare at you when your on the beach and you can just nod. Its kinda like how all bikers have a slight head nod when they pass another or any country guy in a truck throws 2 fingers while keeping his hand on the wheel on a country road. We essentially have a contest every time we do a set to failure thats how I got 67 reps @275. Its always best to go last when we workout. I like the doubles Idea I have good partners but one of them is 280 and strong so its rough to beat him unless we do some sprints or bodyweight stuff first lol also have you guys tried the ranger challenge? 135 lbs 60 seconds 60 reps SLDL 6 Shrugs 6 cleans 6 press 6 high pulls 6 bent over rows 6 squat jumps 6 good mornings 6 tricep extensions 6 curls 6 its hard after a good workout. its all about transitions into next exercise.

i got the name of our street with guitar string and indian ink back in 91. yea guys I am liking this for the pulls, we do all different stuff sometimes go heavy then rep out. About 4 months ago I did below knee racks one set @275 for 67 reps after heavy set of 4. My back felt sore but also trashed the next day

tuesday we did below the knee rack pulls. There were 3 of us and we did our max lift 1 time per minute for 12 minutes. It was intense but doable and honestly my back felt better than when doing alot of reps.

I feel like I accomplished something over the last few weeks, everyone I work with has multiple tattoos most done on a whim or just walk-in to a guy that their friend got work done by and get a tattoo. We have a new guy who wants his first tattoo. He wants a dragon and one of my friends who I also work with has a dragon. I could see the young guys wheels turning so I asked him to look at david bruehls or fernandos work at think ink in norman oklahoma before he scheduled somewhere else. He said he liked my bruehl tattoo but he didnt do dragons. I smirked and said does everything you saw look good even if you dont like the image? well yah was his response, I encouraged him to go talk with David at the shop. He now has a tentative start of early april to get his first tattoo with a great artist who will give him a clean tattoo that he will be happy with for ages.

Shannon I would hold firm if you give a good quote stick with it and let the customer know that like in life cheaper isnt always better
