deadlifting would help if anything do your pronate your shoulders(slouch) sounds like you could have an impingment(not a doctor just have seen this many times) i would cut presses for now and slowly work into flat or decline dumbells or pushups as you feel better try theses exercises http://www.permanente.net/homepage/kaiser/pdf/6979.pdf I especially like exercise #2(could be done multiple times a day . Basically the bursa sac gets pinched by the joint and causes pain and in some cases impede range of motion. You could also implement Joint ROM exercises if muscle tightness was a facilitator at getting to this point -

Large thigh tattoos and backpieces
Scott R replied to Daggboy's topic in Tattoo Designs, Books and Flash
im leaning towards backpiece covering ass but not thighs. gives many big options on back of thighs, plus the guy or girl doing your backpiece has a healthy check for going to an assumed not so fun place -
welcome omar, just saw in another thread that @Tim Hendricks and luke wessman are doing work on you. thats cool shit man youve come to the right place.

@losParanoyas thanks man @hgiles ha thanks man you got through a CK piece on the side so props to you aswell. @Reyeslv it wasnt too bad actually but as long as someone is chatting me up I am good with the pain. Anyone visiting or living in Tampa Bay area needs to see Dave Bruehl at Red Letter 1 for at least one tattoo

bringing this back from the proverbial grave. I notice there is a russian criminal encylopedia which has the same cover as volume 1 but is 4 + times the cost. Amazon.com: Russian Criminal Tattoo Encyclopaedia (9783882439205): Danzig Baldaev, Sergei Vasiliev, Alexei Plutser-Sarno: Books conversely you can get all 3 volumes for $65 so I wonderwhat the difference is? The image of the skull, crown on the first book is very powerful. I am drawn to this image big time.

I have gotten one tattoo (stick n poke) to be virtually gone by sewing needles with hydrogen peroxide. Once the area bled I would use peroxide which would wash the blood away and I could see what appeared to be ink on flesh that I would pick out with needle. I did this process many times and picked the scabs on purpose which sometimes seemed to include ink. Scarring not noticable unless you really look for it. the tattoo was atleast 10 yrs old and I think was india ink but not positive. Disclaimer: I do not recomend this just sharing

Conventions.......Just don't seem the same!
Scott R replied to Bunny Switchblade's topic in General Tattoo Discussion
I picture SOG to be a bit more mellow than lizard man and annoying MC, never been to a convention but think I am lucky SOG will be my first -
just starting to buy some tattoo books Ive pre-ordered the zeiss project, getting I love tattoos for my birthday and wanting a few more starter books. classic designs in 5 bold colors by Jeromey Mcculloch seems to be a start and military designs by spider webb seem a good place to start. I am just looking for informative or nice to look at books from a " guy who likes tattoos and getting tattoed" mindset

What is a good contrasting/parallel image to a Ram?
Scott R replied to VeechLVX's topic in Tattoo Advice
I would like you to expound on this a bit, would love to get an itemized description of each animal. Also I would just give the ideas to the tattooer and let them ponder size placement and symmatry. -
