    God bless anyone that can sit for more than four hours on the ribs. I've had four hours on my right ribs which sucked but he was able to finish the tattoo. Then on this past Tuesday, I had my left ribs/back/front worked on for four hours. I tell you what, when he hit my lower back right around my kidney, I was so.not.amused. Crimey. The lower back sucked! Only four more hours to go to finish!!

    Hey all! Looking to get this heart lock in color (bottom right of attached, center of her tattoo) and more old school than the original. I'll be in Toronto at the end of next month and it occurred to me that maybe I should explore getting this done while there. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

    I have a good sized rose done in pointillism. It's about three years old and it's still gorgeous. So, it's not that old but the lines are crisp, clean and it hasn't started to fuzz (is that a word?) at all.

    Yeah, so there is no comma. Just sayin'. I wonder if you can contact your insurance provider as they may have a health care concierge or a nurses on call program. Also wondering what the MRI manufacturer(s) say. This can't be a new issue and there has to be a way to solve for it.

    On the countdown for Dropkick in Boston (again) but the best part is that I'm going to Dublin for St. Patrick's Day to see them twice that day. Bonus is that Chuck Ragan is opening his tour the next night in Dublin. Score! Oh, if anyone happens to have an extra Cocksparrer ticket for the NYC show, let me know.

    Thanks @herewego. I love the feedback...ultimately, I agree that simplicity is key and moving on with this as a no-go project. Now, I can work to get my next two scheduled which I know will work!

    I love pure, organic, virgin coconut oil. It's amazing for dry skin! Beware though, a little goes a long way. And you smell like a giant coconut.

    Great perspective. I've been looking at this design for a couple of years now but never had a forum to get feedback until I found you all. I have two others in the works and this is the one that didn't quite fit with the other designs. :)

    Thank you everyone who has commented! This is exactly the feedback I was hoping to receive from the community. And OMG, I love Kelly Violet but alas she's too far away for me to travel at this moment. Any other recommendations? I'm thinking like 7" or so on my side/ribs. It would be positioned very close to a 5.5" pointillism rose that Miah Waska did for me. I just love the idea of people going "love the flowers...oh, wait, is that a skull?"

    I really dig this image of the flowers with the hidden skull. Would love to hear opinions on whether it would hold up as a tattoo, how big it would need to be get the detail and colors? Go.
