I've been bitten by the spraypaint bug- a bunch of Montana Black and White cans, various tips, and an 8'x4' panel.:)

New one from last night: Funky folk bird bomber
  4. UPDATE: Didn't get anything at SoT (signed up with Andrew Stickler, but he was super backed up), but I did end up getting that lower leg spot tattooed by Jaie Devore, so sort of on schedule. Probably not traveling this summer to save for my wedding coming up, but that gives me more time to think about the Jason Brooks jaguar/Tikal idea I have for my outer thigh.
  5. Oliver Peck's response to critics on TAM's blog: Haters Gonna Hate I agree with 99% of it, but personally, I like Joe Rogan as a host. His podcast is pretty cool and his sleeves look pretty well-executed. At the very least, he has more tattoos than most of the guest judges they brought in:
  6. Sure, but I can tell you-you're definition of "different and weird" is probably not the same as mine. Weird to me is Dave Lumm, Jeff Rassier, Scott Harrison

  8. Contact him now: https://www.facebook.com/GrimesBlackClaw Personally, I think Lango gets slept on at that shop, so check him out, or any of the other awesome shops in the Bay Area (Blackheart, Temple, etc.) Besides, San Francisco is definitely one of the nicest/coolest/interesting places in California and worth the trip on it's own.
  9. So we've got the yin and yang of NYC torches now:
  10. Cool-so tell us what you already have so we can narrow it down? In the 1001 Tattoos book, I'm always fascinated by the guys with multiple tattoos of the same image/icon (usually eagles). I like birds and all (mainly because you can interpret wings alot of different ways), but I'd rather break it up a bit.
  11. Meh to big banners - Big ass dagger through the neck: Upper arm: Sky's the limit- roses,skulls,daggers,tiger/panther/wolf/jackal/clown heads, lady heads,anchors,eagles,...
  12. Emulating 'super model' Rob Genest evidently:
  13. The only Crossfit videos that catch my attention are the ones with chicks in booty shorts/ knee socks/sports bras and I'm not watching them for their workouts :p

You can thrift shop for Pendletons in small towns-easier to find here in Texas

O/T but do you have more pics of your Yammy?
  17. I have thought about Sullen, a lot, back when I was trying to decide what I was going to do with FallingApartArt. They have solid design concept now - skulls, lady heads, and script. If you like those things, they're your t-shirt designer. Personally, I like to mix stuff up, but that's my taste. I do like their cut n' sew stuff, but it's not that different than Lucky 13. PS- I'm about done with skulls- time to bring back the babies
  18. What stood out to me is the majority of those gangs are pretty far away from Canada (California/Texas/Arizona gangs)

I saw that on Instagram; my girl knows better than to buy something like that for that EXACT reason ;)
  20. First off- congrats on your decision to get tattooed! It's a big personal step and I'm glad you've decided to bring the entire internet full of strangers into that decision-making process! I was a little upset when you suggested we weren't living up to our potential. Frankly, it reminded me of the many times I'd heard that statement from parents, teachers, and employers. But I'm a lemonade from lemons kinda fella, so I decided to take your statement as a challenge and present you with my concept of your tattoo idea. I've spent sometime playing Draw Something (up to my first color pack!), so I have some experience with bring people's words into artistic reality. So here it is- don't worry about paying me, it's about paying it forward :D
  21. So I just read an article by Dr. Jim Stoppani, probably the most heavily tattooed trainer I've seen: BodyBuilding.com Writer: Jim Stoppani, Ph.D. - Real Science For Real Results!
