I do obstacle races regularly for fun but I condition doing MMA. It's great for helping lose weight. Jiu Jitsu will do conditioning like no other work out i've ever done.

I went to the Tennessee/Georgia game last weekend (too bad my team lost), but just a couple days before that, I went to another rallycross event with my brother in law and raced his newest subaru.
