Viegasjuice

Hey guys, My names chris from northern va. I have a small tattoo collection and will be adding to it this November when I go to sakura in Winchester. Jesse Tseronis will be tattooing my entire right leg. I have a bit of a dilemma. I have course dark hair, and shaving causes crazy Ingrowns/irritation. Can I shave WITH the grain instead of against the grain or does it have to be completely baby smooth for a tattoo? Thanks
