About 36 hours into this. Just finished up the background and going to start working on Fudo next session.

I started working on my ass yesterday! Tattoo I mean. I’m working on a body suit and that pasty white ass was really bugging me so I decided to get that tattooed too. I told my artist he could do whatever he wanted, which has always worked out well. My wife said, “ You told him he could do whatever he wanted with your ass?” It’s not as creepy as it sounds.🤔 it didn’t hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would. A little tender around the crack, but not unbearable. He did the outline yesterday, we’re going to color in two sessions, depending on how well I sit.

It’s been a while but here is the result. Very happy with it. artist had no qualms about this being cover art from an LP.

Well to be perfectly honest, in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different perspective and without being condemning of one's view's and by trying to make it objective, and by considering each and every one's valid opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say.

A girlfriend of mine git both knees done at once and hated life for it. I am FULLY expecting that experience 😆 but I'll lie to myself and say it will be easy And I agree on elbow ditch being easy. Haven't done knee ditches yet Added a beautiful lady head to the left ankle. Spicy going , would do shins again over this spot again lol.

No issue with knees? Good luck. Both of my knees are done. The left one got so swollen that i couldn't bend my leg. The black and grey on my right healed better, but it still hurt a lot. Knee and elbow ditches? Piece of piss.

Saturday gone I went in to get current webs touched up and extend webs into the cleavage. My appointment was pushed back an hr so we ran out time to fix the cleavage webs. It just wasn't working with my anatomy, so we're going to come back to those another time. Managed to get a couple lines thickened on existing webs and a little cherry banger on my left calf (will match with skull cherries on right) , just after closing time.

The only "amazing" thing I've been doing lately is job hunting. Honestly, it’s stressful. I’m always worried about having enough money for basic expenses and stuff each month. There are lots of jobs on Layboard https://layboard.in/vacancies/jobs-in-uae/jobs-in-dubai/speciality/baker, where I’ve spent most of my time. I sent my CV to several companies and I’ve got decent baking skills, even without formal training. So I hope they'll give me a chance to do a test task or something to show what I can do.

Well it's been a hot minute and I've had a heap of family stuff going on including a loss so had to cancel some appointments. Managed to get a couple done last weekend though. Bat, cicada , and angry cloud. A first for me- I almost fell asleep. I think purely due to the fact this was the first time I'd stopped since all of the things decided to happen. I'll get around to that elbow in the coming month I hope.

why do you say that color tattoos are not as durable ? if a tattoo is applied properly it doesn't matter if it's black & gray or color, it all lasts the same. I have color tattoos that are brighter and more vibrant than some of my B&G pieces ,and that's after years of healing on all.

Couldn't agree more with you, bud! Color tattoos are waaay better-lookin. There's just smth about their vibrancy. Black ink has its charm, not gonna lie, but color brings tattoos to life in a whole new way. I guess people who don't enjoy color tattoos simply don't have a good reference. It's just waves and windbars and cherry blossoms. We talked about a bunch of ideas, but there really isn't a whole lot of space and we have so much going on it would probably have been too busy with more images. My back piece is my avatar, I have a tiger and a meditating samurai and koi on one leg and a female samurai riding a tiger along with a snake and skull on the other leg so I was OK with keeping it simple.

my dad has both of his arms tattooed, so i was exposed to them at an early age.

I love tattoos like that. I'd rather look at one of those over a 1,000 Bert Krak panther heads or Daniel albrigo Navajo blanket tattoos. Offensive tattoos, racist tattoos, religious tattoos, drifter, hobo tattoos, Political tattoos, obscene tattoos. Tattoos done in garages, motel rooms, Russian penitentiary tattoos, south African gang tattoos, british soccer hooligan tattoos, handpoked punk tattoos, facetats, poorly thought out names on necks. I've always loved ugly tattoos, and I always will.

It was on my homeboy's dad. he was from a old gang called lomita maravilla, from east LA. He had a topless girl ina sombrero, just her torso. I think some roses too. She had a rifle in her hand, her nipples were covered by a ammo belt. On the other forearm he had this little dude in a sombrero, but you could just see his feet, his mustache, some shotgun barrels, and that big sombrero. it said MARAVILLA in gang writing, arched above the hat. Youd see writing like that all over and I used to try and copy it or write my name in those letters too like in schoolwork I'd write the answers like that, or my name all crazy like that and they'd get pissed. Anyways I'd always try and look at those tattoos when I'd go to his house, but they were old and sort of faded. He was a garbage man, and sort of a scary lookin dude, or was back then and i didnt wanna hassle him or fuck with him about it. Years later I asked to see em, and got a good look. Another friend had a older punk rocker sister with a pachuco cross under her eye, but that was later, and I found out it was make up. Lots of punk rockers would do that with a ballpoint pen or mascara if they hung in certain scenes.
