    Can this be corrected ?

I would leave it alone, and if you don't want to leave it alone, ask the tattooer that did it.

  3. @Skyy It happen to be just a scab. It ended up healing fine the only thing is that the black ink did not stay and pulled out so I had to have that tiny little spot filled in. Out of all my tattoos I can honestly say I’ve never scammed before so that was something new and I got really nervous. It ended up going away about maybe 5 to 7 days later I just had to let it dry heal and stop putting so much lotion and ointment on it. It ended up flaking off eventually it just took some of the ink with it.

    New tattoo too dark

As far as I know, it's perfectly normal for your fresh tattoo to be darker than the older one and the situation will even out in the coming weeks. Eight days is definitely too short of a life for a tattoo to show its final form, as I learned on my own skin: at its 8th day of life mine had just begun forming scabs 😅

    Advice on tattoo healing

Absolutely. Life isn't perfect. Relationships aren't perfect. Neither are tattoos.

  6. First, it takes 6 - 8 weeks to heal. Unless it's oozing, painful and hot, you're probably fine. Second, YOU ARE DROWNING THAT TATTOO. Use just enough ointment to keep it moist. Too little is better than too much. I'd wipe off all the lotion, wash it and let it breath for a day. Then tomorrow, just put on a tiny touch of lotion. You may want to try a cold pack on it a couple of times a day too.
