Not BAD, but certainly not great. Large areas where it looks washed out and/or muddy, especially in the shading parts. I'm neither a LA or realism expert, but LA is worldwide one of the most concentrated areas for tattooists, so you're going to have plenty to choose from. Try the search function. There are a lot of threads on this. I forget what causes it, but I don't think it's serious. I think you'll need to go to a dermatologist.
