  1. If you are feeling suicidal, please reach out to family, friends and/or call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline 1-800-273-8255. Tattoo regret is very common. Don't give a tattoo this type of power over you. Please reach out and find help!

  2. Roses have leaves. I have about a dozen different roses on my body and they all have leaves. Guarantee you that a rose tattoo without leaves would look unfinished. Don't worry about what it looks like when you raise your arm. Seriously, a tattoo is on a living, bendy, moving part of your body. And my motto, go big or go home. It's a great size and you can't tell that it is a coverup which is the primary thing. Your artist was right. I know this is hard but you need to try to get out of your head. It's a good tattoo!

  3. As long as nothing new is introduced under the saniderm you should be good. Your own sweat and ooze won't hurt it.

  6. It looks really great! Cool placement too. Enjoy it and don’t stress! I find myself stressing over small details, healing, etc., but at the end of the day, people will not notice 99% of what you do! 😃

  8. It's healing. It won't fully heal for 4 to 6 weeks. Just let it heal and don't smother it with anything.

    Hey there

No matter what - you've got to let it sit for a couple of months, and what you see now might not be what you see then. It's got to settle in before reworking it, if needed. You might be surprised. In the event it needs re-working and if I were you, I'd initially find out specifically what their plan would be and then let us know (along with a link to this person's work) what that plan is . . .

    Hey there

Thank you. Healing first for sure. I'll have to think about how to handle this though. I had this done at one of the best, if not the best place in my city. There's a thought of they did it they should fix it, from a monetary point of view. But the fix, what maybe turn my clean line tattoo into some blotchy watercolor POS? I like color but not randomly scattered blobs. Yeah heal and let my attitude settle I guess. Maybe someone here will have suggestions about what would improve it best once it's healed.

  15. No work from Horitomo has been tebori. I'm only there for one weekend every three months so we're going the fastest way possible. I waited on his waiting list for 2 years before I got to come in to see him. I understand his list is much much longer now.

    extreme thick scabbing

My first tattoo took 4 weeks to heal, and looks great. If you took good care of it and its not infected, there is nothing to worry about i think.
