You are healing and like @gtrjunior says, you gotta give it time. I will add that tattoos are imperfect and sometimes there are little imperfections that you just have to live with.

Thank you. I appreciate your response. I didn’t necessarily think it was blowout as much as “bleeding” or “spreading” due to my light peeling, since the other side wasn’t really doing that. But I guess area can affect that?

Right now that’s still one big scab. Relax. You need to heal. I had a tattoo season 2 days ago...look at my lines right now. They are a scabby mess. But In a month they will be smooth and silky. It’s NOT blowout. It’s the healing process. Let it happen.

I don't go for a few days after I get tattooed. I do HIIT, and we're on the floor a lot. Gross.

This may be a bit over the top. It may not be a great tattoo, but I wouldn't be embarrassed to show it off. If anyone has the ill manners to say anything, you can just say it's not finished, no need to explain further. Considering so many disasters I've seen, this doesn't even make the top 75% of bad tattoos. Just my opinion, but I'd try to find something you like about it and focus on that while you are healing and finding someone to rework it. I would remind you that many of the people on this forum have extremely high expectations (as they should). For the average person on the street, you have a bad ass tattoo. Please try to remember that. Good luck

I got started on a new dragon tattoo myself. This is eventually going to be an entire sleeve. So far I’ve had one two hour session. He drew it on during the first hour and tattooed the second hour. Next session is in a few days. Work being done by Andrew Labanaris at Iron Hand Tattoo. Sorry...not the best pics.
