    Hey everybody! I recently put down a deposit for a full sleeve with Justin Hartman. It'll be a lady-head centric peice, based around Auri from the Kingkiller Chronicles book series. I'm super excited! I'm on a wait list for the first session and Hartman is currently traveling, so I'm not sure when or where we'll start, but I get to check out some new cities at the same time. It should be an excellent experience!

    Progress from a couple of weeks ago. About four hours here, next up is another half day to get the black into his body and get to work hiding that lower cover up. Can’t wait! Shading was definitely a different experience from the lining, much more so than usual I thought. Had completely different hot spots as compared to lining day. Kidneys still leading the way for my least favourite spot so far though.

    If both the clock and horse accomplish the themes and meanings you're going for, I think sticking with the horse might give you more animal-y cohesiveness with your previous butterfly wings. Just one dude's opinion.

    I have/want both. I want a phoenix rising from its ashes to symbolize.. well.. you can rise from the ashes and burn bright. But I also want a tropical sleeve cause I want it.

    I see it differently. I have full sleeves, hands, chest and back each piece has extensive meaning. Spiritual, Sobriety, Health, Loss of family and music ties them as one.
