I have a touchup and the addition of another little tattoo next Friday. Then on February 1, I'm getting a forearm piece as a start to my lower left sleeve (everything above the elbow is already covered).

My wife actually did fall asleep during a little 1.5 hour back (shoulder blade) session. Convention setting with a bunch of noisy tvs, sound systems and machines blaring away. The resulting white noise put her out!

The only reason I stayed away is I was afraid I'd move if I woke up and ruin a line.

"I almost fell asleep while I was getting my back done" I feel I should contribute (sorry about that) - I didn't (fall asleep) - I didn't like it in an "are we done for the day" kind of way.... and yes that's for most of it (although it's only 50% obvs) (my back not yours to be clear) Also my lower ribs and rear thingy wotsit were ridiculous and I'm not doing that again- sorry no good with medical terms - the flesh over the liver thingy and that - Cheers! Different people have different sensitive spots. I almost fell asleep while I was getting my back done ... above the love handles. My right leg was mostly a piece of cake, my left leg is not going as easily. As my artist says, just because it hurts isn't a good reason to not get a tattoo.

well, squid pants getting the layers...finished my Five Deadly Venoms themed thigh tattoo collage ! My homie Rich Harding (Champion Tattoo Edmonton, AB) whipped in some some smoke-grey shading behind the 2nd layer black widow spider and centipede he did last month.. The spider webbing is layered on top of my 9 year old p-knee tattoos. really tied everything together and am very happy with the results. it is healing great. ...and then I had the very exciting, rare and unique opportunity to tattoo myself for the first time. I did the top square inch of red background behind the 5 year old yin-yang auspicious spider. Rich said, you've got all these tattoos budd, you need to fill in at least a small part of your bodysuit on your own. Quitting my day job...SORRY BOOKS CLOSED UNTIL 2022 haha

Certainly you should try NO moisturizing, if you are still doing so . . .
