Hey everyone, here's my most recent tattoo, done last weekend at the Bucharest tattoo convention by the awesome noayanni. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out and how it ties to my other Ripley tattoo :) Click for video

Just got my first tattoo and removed the Tegaderm after four and a half days. Besides some redness around the wrist (it wraps around), it feels great and is already starting to peel.

I got my third tattoo last Wednesday... the tattoo I always thought would be my first, a family tribute. I asked for suggestions on it here a while back and tried to put them to good use. I stayed away from heavy on text and went with something more graphic and symbolic. We all like the Pixar movie "Up" so I used that as a theme and added my wife's, daughter's and grandkids' first initials in heart shaped balloons with their birth stone colors. It was done by Jaimi Mullholand at Broad Wing Tattoo in Bowling Green, OH. I'm super pleased with it and ready for my next.

Great, thanks. I’m on day 4 now. So the hard plasma/ink isn’t scabbing that will pull out ink when I remove the derm, and just needs washing away? edit: so I removed it, I think it was peeling underneath, unsure if dried plasma/ink wasn’t a problem. Photos attached, just want to make sure I did this right! First is how the film looked, then peely skin, film with ink imprint 😛, evidence of dried plasmink as well as peel, more peel, then post-clean photo (still has peely skin). Normal?

It is funny to me the amount of concern new-to-tattoos people have about the pain of getting tattooed, when what they should really be worried about is the INTOLERABLE ITCHING. 😫

I am low key obsessed with this traditional rose done for me by Tom Einheuser out of Union 3 Tattoo in Detroit over the weekend. I’m really pleased with the placement, and how my leg is finally starting to fill up!
