@Gingerninja nailed it. It’s not going to look like your examples and you won’t get a quality job done for less than ten grand, most likely much more. Any money saved on the artist will be spent later on laser removal.2 points -
so I went and got a nice little piece from Moses there, had a good time,ate some killer tacos and some frozen margaritas, and got this one.(fun spot to get one) LOL

Hey...it's doubtful that you can get either of those images on your upper back. Those are full back images, even simplified. No real way to estimate prices but you are looking at 60 hours (?), maybe more (?) of work. Any artist that can really pull that off is going to be expensive. Think thousands.1 point -
