Penis tattoo advice
Runs4fun and 2 others reacted to Gingerninja for a topic
I keep reading this thread because I don't know if this is real or not. A blackout penis? Me, I find nothing attractive about that idea at all. I don't see how anything good could ever come out of this idea.3 points -
1. You've only been thinking about this for a month or so 2. You don't have any other real tattoos or tattoo experience 3. Any tattooer who might be willing to black out any novice's genitals would be highly suspect in my book . . .3 points

Bruising or blowout?
StephanieF1118 and one other reacted to Dan for a topic
looks like bruising to me.2 points -
I don't have a weener but I'd imagine it'd look washed out and not black when erect due to stretching? Would that be an issue for you? Also how does one go about healing it and scabbing etc with morning wood, seems like it would be a real pain in the penis. Sent from my MI 6 using Tapatalk2 points

Latest tattoo lowdown.....
Decay reacted to Gingerninja for a topic
Brain tumor follow-up yesterday. The net is that it’s bigger which could either mean the radiation is working (yea) or that it’s still growing (boo). I’m doing the PMA thing and going with the radiation is working. The concern is around my facial nerve and balance issues. I’m already walking like a drunk sometimes but the facial paralysis shit freaks me out. The funny part of today went like this: Dr. Neurosurgeon: How’s your hearing in your left ear? Me: It’s shot. Dr. Neurosurgeon: How’s your balance? Me: F*cked. Dr. Neurosurgeon smiles at me, looks at my leg and says: Is that a ray gun tattoo? Me: Yes, Dr. it is indeed a ray gun to commemorate my radiation. Dr. Neurosurgeon: That is the most brilliant thing I’ve ever seen. (Note: the barrel isn't crooked...straight lines on curvy body parts, ya know) Grez at Pagoda1 point -

Bruising or blowout?
StephanieF1118 reacted to Gpots for a topic
Bruises change colour, as the blood breaks down it will turn yellow etc, if its been the same colour since it started then I'd think its safe to assume blowout. Sent from my MI 6 using Tapatalk1 point -

Gingerninja reacted to Kevinb52 for a topic
@suburbanxcore Haha so awesome!! Thanks man!! Ah, super cool. Glad you got to get tattooed! @Gingerninja Thank you! I am super stoked on the tattoos! Great minds to think alike and we were back to back from the same guys as well, haha! You defiantly got a lot of cool tattoos yourself!! Pagoda was defiantly a great convention and can't wait to be back next year! The drive was rough but so worth it! I had all my saniderm somehow fail and had to remove it and reapply 3 times since Saturday lol. So hopefully i'm on the road to healing these up now that i'm home 😁1 point -

You got two AMAZING pieces! @Kevinb52 The Baku with the Oni really is one of the coolest tattoos that I've seen. It's funny that we were both in with the same guys on the same day (great minds). This weekend was: Grez - ray gun (the entire neurosurgery team today lost their collective sh1T when they saw it today) Dan - kappa Stewart - hannya Nick Colella - Chicago gorilla (great story on that one) Hendricks - panther head and rose I'll say it again...I LOVE Pagoda. When I was walking out, I was thinking that I was able to get tattooed by artists from three countries, as well as three different regions of the US all while in Wyomissing, PA. Makes me a little giddy.1 point -

Haha, @Bearcat78 messaged me about that Dan tattoo, but I left pretty early Saturday morning. That tattoo is sooooooo sick! I got a Pharoah's Cats from Scott Sylvia on my stomach. Nice to see and meet a whole bunch of people from here this weekend!1 point -
I ended up with a Baku and Oni riding the side of it's mouth from Dan, and a Mallet from Stewart Robson! What about you?1 point

Is it really that bad?
oboogie reacted to Gingerninja for a topic
It's fine. Take a breath. Like everyone here has said, if you are looking for perfection then tattoos are not for you. Oh, and laser absolutely sucks. It's expensive and it could take multiple treatment over the course of a year to fade it. It's a cute first tattoo!1 point -
Bruising or blowout?
StephanieF1118 reacted to SStu for a topic
^this. and it could still just be bruising, too. Relax and wait another month.1 point -
whether he's trolling or not, this is the best chuckle i've had on LST for a little while. 😄 maybe i'm just a simple being1 point

If you want perfection, don't get tattoos. NO tattoo is perfect. It's not a drawing on a piece of paper. OF COURSE it distorts when you bend your arm, your skin is not fixed, it moves and stretches. I don't see anything wrong with that tattoo at all. Take a deep breath and live with it for a few months.1 point

Bruising or blowout?
StephanieF1118 reacted to Ang for a topic
It kind of does look like a blowout. There’s not much you can do when this happens. Maybe get it colored to hide it. Either way wait a couple of more weeks and continue to take care of it. Post a pic in about 4 weeks or so to see if it actually is or isn’t.1 point -

lol - yes it was awesome...... couple of pics attached - not had a summer like this in the UK for a while - am I am back home now - but... have an appointment tomorrow with my local friendly tattoo emporium 🙂1 point -
Any text tattoo has really got to be over-the-top special for me to appreciate it as art. If it were me, instead of names/dates I'd be looking for some personal image that reminded me of my (your) family dynamic, or the personalities involved.1 point

Did you check this artists portfolio before letting him/her set the needle in your skin? I would never get a tattoo from someone that I hadn't seen pictures of previous work from, and I doubt that you would either. You said you didn't want the tattoo in portrait style, but you showed him/her that picture, which is indeed in portrait style. I don't mean to be mean, it just doesn't make any sense to me getting a tattoo from someone who clearly doesn't master their craft. The good idea is that yes, it's completely fixable! I've seen worse tattoos covered up and turned into masterpieces :) There are artists who specializes in cover-ups. I linked this artist in another thread, and I'll do it again here: This artist is in Norway, so I'm guessing you're not willng to travel all the way here to do it. But there are tons of good artists out there, just google a bit. Good luck, hope you find someone who can make it shine!1 point
