  1. If you have the option to wear long sleeves for a few days I would cover it up. Think of it as an open wound- you don't want hot grease splatter in your beautiful wound and the customers don't want your gooey body fluids in their horrible food.

    I hardly ever back down from a challenge. 😜 The owl piece was from just 2 days ago. It’s wrapped up in tegaderm now. We have another session to go. (Bryan Neal at American Tattoo in Knoxville, MD) The heart is in my R inner forearm. My grandpa had almost the exact one in the same location.   3. A couple of things. First, you don't know what a tattoo will look like until it heals, so I wouldn't be too worried yet. Second, why do you think you have a higher chance of getting a blowout? Blowouts happen and they aren't always the artists fault. I would probably help to post a pic. In general, the thinner the skin the higher the chance of a blowout, but it can happen anywhere.
