Ryan Cooper Thompson posted this great one the other day:
I think something like that could be super cool. It's simple but far from boring. Personally, I love the folky feel of this one, but I could absolutely see this concept working in other styles as well, if traditional is not your thing.

PM me if you are going to be there Saturday and I will give you my # so maybe we can meetup.
how 'bout you @MoistTowelette are you going on Saturday ?
it looks perfectly normal IMO,maybe use a good fragrance free daily lotion like Aveeno, very lightly a couple times a day.
otherwise,like I said,looks just fine to me.
Welcome to the forum! As Dan said, it looks to be healing normally. Only time will tell on the saturation. It takes months for a tattoo to settle in. I'd suggest you check back with your artist in two or three weeks - he/she will be able to guide you on whether there might be any need for a touch up. And, remember your skin needs air to heal so don't oversaturate the tattoo with lotion - a very light coat of Aveeno or other scent-free lotion will keep it moist and less itchy.
Welcome!
Matt is killer for Japanese style work at Kings Ave, and yeah, pretty much anyone at Invisible. RG is great, and I think Damien Rodriguez is criminally underrated.
I agree with @Gingerninja - you'll get what you want if you go with either of those at Kings AVe. For NYC and quality artists, $250/hour isn't really that bad, IMHO. I think Megan Massacre is in the $400/hour level.
In any case, welcome to the forum!!
I'm gonna go on record to say that Matt is awesome... Garver is a bit less but not by much. Check out RG at Invisible, too. I say save your pennies Matt or Garver!
